Northwest Territories Nominee Program

The Northwest Territories (NWT) is one of three territories in Canada, located between Yukon and Nunavut. It’s well-known for its beautiful forests and national parks. It has a population of 40,000, with most people living in its capital, Yellowknife. The economy of the territory is dominated by diamond mining and oil production.

The Northwest Territories Nominee Program (NTNP) is designed for immigrants with the appropriate skills and experience required by the territory. Successful candidates in the NTNP can obtain the Northwest Territory Nomination Certificate, which will allow a foreign citizen to apply for permanent residence in Canada.

This stream is designed for individuals who are registered in the Express Entry system and who meet the requirements for one of the three federal immigration programs (Federal Skilled Workers, Federal Skilled Trades, or Canadian Experience Class)

Employer Driven Program

This program has two streams: Critical Impact Worker Stream Skilled Worker Stream

Business Driven Program

The Business Driven Program has two streams: Entrepreneur Stream Self Employed Stream
